Choose the right session for your goals
Pick a class based on intensity, equipment, and coaching style. New to FitWeek? Start with a foundations session and build from there.
Strength Foundations
Technique-first lifting with scalable options. Great for beginners and anyone returning after time off.
HIIT Conditioning
Intervals that boost stamina and burn caloriesโexpect sweat, smart pacing, and plenty of coaching.
Mobility + Core
Improve range of motion, posture, and trunk strength. Ideal as a recovery day or warm-up companion.
Yoga Flow
Breath-led movement to reset and restore. Perfect for balance, flexibility, and stress relief.

Strength, HIIT, and Mobility rotate through morning, lunch, and evening blocks.
